Program Design

The pandemic showed us that there is no single “best” way to offer food assistance. Every community has different needs, and providing the most effective services depends on being able to identify and respect them. I can help you identify and explore options for a new or growing program based on your unique situation and capacity.

Education

We’ve all been conditioned to think about hunger in certain ways, and too often these attitudes stand in the way of effective change. I’m excited to come and educate your community about the biases and assumptions we carry, and develop a path forward for thinking about hunger, and how to fight in, in a new light.

Program Evaluation

Anti-hunger programs have followed the same rulebook for decades, but now is the time for innovation! If you want to explore opportunities to evolve your anti-hunger program, I can walk you through an evaluation of your services and identify next steps while uplifting your commitment to dignity and justice.

Accessibility

Ending hunger requires recognizing who isn’t eating, and why. There are many barriers to participation that we can fail to see without specifically analyzing who’s neglected from our services. I can help you assess how your program structure influences who can access your services.
